You’ll receive monthly payouts directly to your account, along with a clear report. With Guaranteed Rent, your income never changes. With Profit Share, you’ll earn a percentage of the monthly revenue and we show you everything.
We’re not in Calgary can we still use your service?
Yes! Most of our owners aren’t local. That’s the point we make it fully hands-off, whether you're across town or across the country.
We want to be able to use our property sometimes.
Easy. Just give us a heads-up. With Profit Share, we can block dates for personal use. With Guaranteed Rent, we take full calendar control but can build in flexibility where possible.
We don’t want to deal with cleaners or vendors.
You won’t have to. Our cleaning team is in-house trained by us, managed by us, and held to our standards. We know exactly what’s happening inside your unit at all times.
We don’t want to wait months to get started.
You won’t. Once we have your photos, floor plans, and a signed agreement, we can typically have your unit staged, listed, and live within 7–14 days.
