We collect the information you give us through our free assessment form. That is your first and last name, your phone number, your email address, your property address, and any notes you add about your property.
We do not ask for financial account numbers or government identification through the form.
We use your information for two things only. To respond to your inquiry. To provide property management services if you decide to work with us.
That is the whole list. We do not add you to unrelated marketing without your consent.
We never sell your information. We never share it, except with the service providers we need to deliver the service to you. That includes tools for email, listing management, and payments.
Those providers only receive what they need to do their job, and they are bound to protect it.
This site uses basic analytics to understand how visitors use our pages. That data is aggregated and helps us improve the site.
We use cookies for standard site functions and analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site still works without them.
You can ask to see the information we hold about you. You can ask us to delete it.
